What is Ventrilo?
Ventrilo is a proprietary Voice over Internet Protocol program with clients for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X. Most users of Ventrilo use a headset or microphone and use the program to talk to each other, similar to a telephone conference call. Ventrilo is often used by multiplayer video game players.

How do I get Ventrilo?
You can download Ventrilo by going to www.ventrilo.com and following the directions to get it.

Why should I get Ventrilo?
It is mandatory to have in Veneratio and we expect everyone to get it. It will allow us to stay more organized by giving leaders the ability to call piles and tell locations of the piles for everyone to find without having to type it out.

How to set up Ventrilo

Now that you have downloaded it, here is a step by step guide on how to connect to our server and use it.

1. First you need to set up your account. Click the arrow next to Username to create a new account


2. Click on New then type in your Runescape Name and hit Ok.


3. Next you need to connect to our server. Click the arrow next to the Server button


4. Click the New button and name it VO or Veneratio.


5. Fill in the IP and port, which you can find after you become an 'Applicant'.

6. Finally hit the connect button on the left side.

Start downloading Vent guys. YOU DO NOT NEED A MIC. As long as you can hear what we are saying, thats fine. Vent will help our organization so please get IT.
I might tell people to join different channels if TR has an event, since we usually use PVP channel.
